These terms govern your use of proudlytexan.com and any order you place through it. The store is operated by Tomorrows Tech AI LLC ("we", "us"), trading as Proudly Texan. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
What we sell, and how it's made
Every item is printed to order. Nothing is held in stock — your garment is produced after you buy it, by our print partner, and shipped directly to you.
That has one consequence worth stating plainly: because your item did not exist before you ordered it, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. Please check the size guide before ordering. Our full policy is on the Shipping & Returns page.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We'll tell you if that happens.
Orders and cancellation
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send it for production. We may decline an order — for example if we can't fulfil it, or if we suspect fraud — and will refund you in full.
Because production starts quickly, we can usually only cancel an order before it goes to print. Email us straight away and we'll cancel if we still can.
Designs and political content
Some of our designs express political opinion. They are commentary and satire, offered as expression, and they are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any candidate, campaign, party, officeholder, or public figure.
All artwork, wordmarks and site content are ours or used with permission. You may not reproduce our designs for commercial use.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to interfere with the site, access accounts or data that aren't yours, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.
Liability
We provide the site as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you're a consumer, you keep every right the law gives you — these terms don't take any of them away.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
