This explains what Tomorrows Tech AI LLC collects when you use proudlytexan.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. We've tried to write it in plain language rather than to cover ourselves.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email, shipping address, phone number, and what you bought. We need all of it to get a shirt to your door.
Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never sent to or stored by us. We can see the last four digits and the outcome, nothing more.
If you join our email list: your email address, and the fact that you asked to join.
We do not run advertising trackers, we don't sell or rent your information to anyone, and there are no customer accounts, so there's no password to lose.
Who we share it with, and why
Stripe processes the payment. Printful prints your order and needs your name and shipping address to send it, plus your phone number if the carrier needs to reach you about a delivery.
Supabase hosts our database and Vercel hosts the site. Both hold data on our behalf under their own security terms.
We'll also disclose information if the law requires it. That's the whole list — nobody else receives your data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for tax and accounting — generally seven years — because we're required to.
Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.
Your choices
Email howdy@proudlytexan.com and you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll respond within 30 days.
Deletion has one limit: we can't erase an order record we're legally required to retain. We'll tell you if that applies and delete everything else.
We don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of on that front.
Cookies
The site uses only what it needs to work — your shopping cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Stripe sets its own cookies during checkout to process payment and prevent fraud.
We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Children
This store isn't intended for children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
